ReHair AppTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of the ReHair mobile app, its device-only content, and any paid subscription.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using ReHair, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement where you live. ReHair does not require an account or login.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReHair in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not interfere with the app, bypass its security, infringe others' rights, or use it unlawfully.
3. Your local photos and records
You retain ownership of your photos, routines, notes, and records. They remain in private storage on your device and are not hosted or transmitted to ReHair. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. ReHair cannot recover local content after app-data removal, uninstall, device loss, damage, or an operating-system failure.
4. Subscriptions, trial, renewal, and billing
ReHair may offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day introductory trial. Subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled in time under store rules. Prices, eligibility, and billing are handled by the applicable store. Use Apple App Store or Google Play for cancellation and refunds. Adapty helps verify entitlement status but does not receive your locally stored app content.
5. Non-medical service
ReHair is not a medical service and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, analyze photos with AI, or promise a hair or health result. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
6. Availability and local storage
The core tracker is designed to work from local device storage after subscription access has been verified. Store, entitlement, update, diagnostic, and support services may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of local device data.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReHair is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties not required by law and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing removes your mandatory local consumer rights or limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Governing law and changes
The laws of Spain govern these Terms without removing non-waivable protections in your country of residence. We may update the Terms when the app or law changes and will publish the new date here.
